I have a fat ass. I am being flippant here but I have put on an awful lot of weight since the birth of my LO, 3 years ago. (5 stone to be exact.) I am considering gastric surgery as I have always struggled with my weight and do not want to shuffle off this mortal coil prematurely because of said fat ass..... Has anyone had experience of gastric band or bypass surgery? I cannot seem to get my head around the whole weight loss thing and I seem to be spiralling out of control. I have lost weight naturally before but I cannot seem to get control of my eating and I don't want to wait another 3 years and be another 5 stone heavier. Any advice would be gratefully received.
