Come and join us on no s! That's no snacks, sweets or seconds except (sometimes ) on Saturdays, Sundays and special days. Its not a magic pill for quick weight loss but its not faddy and (I hope) its sustainable..

Have a look at each of them and what they entail. Decide which is easiest for you to work with into your daily routine. Try one for a few weeks (dont give up too soon) and see how it works for you.

You will get lots of responses from people telling you what WOE (way of eating) works for them and they will be very persuasive regarding them. However, they might not be sustainable for you and your dynamics.

So I would spend a bit of time researching each one and taking it from there TBH. There is very little point in picking one which you will find it too difficult to stick to as you do need to stick to one for a good while before seeing any lasting results.
