Healthy eating books to inspire

I have to admit I love a good diet/healthy eating book. Blush

After years of every diet under the sun I feel confused about what I can eat. So now want to adapt a healthier lifestyle.

I would like to read a book that will just make sense to me and will inspire me to keep going and change my eating habits for good.

Any ideas? What books have you read that you thought, yep! I get it now.

I've read a lot of diet books too. I don't necessarily read them because I intend to follow the instructions in them, but because they sort of keep me focused on the task in hand. I found 'Winning By Losing' and 'Slim for Life' - both by Jillian Michaels quite inspirational. They aren't food planning/recipe books, but more a sort of layperson's guide to the science and psychology of getting in the weight loss/healthy eating zone.
