Anyone else like me?

I am 52, been a weight watchers member since the end of January and doing well. 38lb down so far.

My periods have been very sporadic over the last two years, the last one being February this year. However, this week would be the week my period was if there was going to be one.

I find that the end of each month I am still craving eating lots of chocolate, crisps and basically anything rubbish that I can get my hands on. Is this likely to be hormone related or am I just kidding myself and I'm really just a greedy pig:)

Everything seems to be hormone related in some way! Chromium is supposed to help with cravings. I find it easier though not to have anything like that in the house. Can't resist otherwise.

I think your kidding yourself, but i wouldn't say you were a greedy pig!
Forget when your period would be due, don't think about it anymore.
I wonder if this was your "get out clause" in the past when trying to lose weight?
