I don't have a lot to lose - maybe a stone or so but I've got trapped in going for a quick fix, knocking off ten lbs in ten days and then putting it all back on again. Rinse and repeat
I stumbled across Joe Wicks and have decided to sign up. It's not cheap but then again, it's not outrageously expensive and the plan is based on good solid eating structures, no fad stuff and daily exercise
Anyone doing this too?
