MandyBOO · 22/11/2006 10:19

wow- thats brilliant!

i tried it before for a couple of weeks but found i kept thinking about food all the time and i just gave up in the end. Also, am weaning ds and also doing meal for dd (4) so was never out of the kitchen.

What sort of things do you have for tea? Are they simple?

I do all green days I have a 3 year old and an almost one year old I tend to cook separately for the one year old atm apart from things we can all eat together such as lentil bolognaise, roasts etc. I do things such as quorn bolognaise, or chilli which is really easy I also make the quorn sausage and baked bean bake which is on the website, baked potatoes , salad etc. Syn free chips are a godsend too as are eggs and Slimming world roasts. I found at first I ate loads on this diet but i've now been on it 13 weeks and have found my appetite has really reduced.

ledodgychristmasjumper · 22/11/2006 10:25

If you are doing red days you could make family meals like stew and use potatoes as your B healthy extra. I can also get some great curry and a pork ball recipe from my friend for you as well.

Hi MandyBoo, I'll buddy you. I am totally depressed about my post baby weight now and the size of bloody clothes I now wear. Was a 12 now an 18 in jeans...... To try and stop that muffin top look..... I wanted to go to Slimming World but I can't afford it.... ! I'm sure we can get recipes etc or the diet sheets from somewhere!
