And I have about half a stone to lose to get back into the 9 stone bracket which is where I feel comfortable. Would love to get there in time for his birthday.

So from tomorrow I'm back on MFP, logging everything, and back out there running.

I will post my progress as I go along - anyone out there with a similar amount to lose?

I'm a couple of hundred calories over today but I know why - tired and greedy!

Well done and good luck on the final few pounds. It's a great achievement and you'll feel great on his birthday.
I always think, when I think of my DC, that my body is bloody marvellous, because it created and produced dc, so it deserves to be treated well in return Grin

Thanks foodie, that's a lovely post.

I need to get back out running, have been so tired lately! Will go tomorrow.

Food wise, argh, still ending up a few hundred over. Too much sweet stuff to get me through the tiredness!

Weighed in at 10st 6.5.

The lowest weight I've seen this year is 10st 5 which was a few weeks ago. Hoping I can hit that this week.

Well done! A 1lb weight loss in a week with a grizzled is good news.

I was slightly surprised when I weighed myself last Thursday as I was less than expected.

Twinklestar2 · 28/07/2015 07:50

Well done to you too Suzie!

My son's birthday is two weeks today! I cant believe it! But that's what keeps me going. I'm sick of dieting, I would love to get back into the 9s and then maintain with eating well and exercise and not diet anymore! But its easier said than done!
