That's bloody depressing isn't it? I fell off the WW wagon about six months ago and have put 8 pounds back on!!

Urgh. Day One, again. Anybody fancy cheering me up or motivating me? I've also decided to cut out caffeine and fizzy drinks so I'm not having the best Monday thus far.

A few weeks ago I was 14st 12.5lbs and I'm now 14st 0.5lbs, back on the WW wagon.

I've already had a coffee and a can of Diet Irn Bru so I'm not sure how supportive I can be Grin

OP, are you sure about cutting out coffee?

Very hard and a few cups do no harm.

I'm on weight watchers filling and healthy since January and stayed at 14 stone 5 pounds, I'm now 11 stone 11 pounds. It was really easy, no counting points. Suits me as I can still eat loads.

I'm very sure, it was making me feel bloated and queasy.

I'd be so happy with 11 stone 11!

I weighed pretty much the same in January. Currently 11 stone 12lbs through calorie counting and currently using my fitness pal to lose the last stone to reach my goal. I started the thread MFP to lose weight if you want to have a look through it, there are lots of very supportive people on there Smile

Thanks, I'll look at that thread. I've got MFP but don't really know how to use it effectively.
