hiya
Just a thought, but Paul Mckenna's book and cd (I can make you thin) is a form of self hypnosis. I found it very effective. lost nearly 4 stone when disciplined about listening to it regularly (along with ww and exercise). A lot cheaper than a session and lasts indefinitely!

ah yes that is a thought i have got them as well,
never listened to them though, do you listen every day if so what time of day?

Not so good now (infact terrible) but this time last year I listened religiously every day. sometimes when my dh came in from work I would disappear for 26 minutes (length of cd!) or going to sleep. It definitely changes your attitude towards food. I must get back to it!
Good Luck!

not for me and it did not cure DH of smoking... but I do second Rebi idea -- that did work! (and 90 quid cheaper!)

Yes, last year and it did help a lot.
I then decided to go to SW classes to inspire me with recipes, that kind of boost.
It's really important to find a hypnotherapist that you feel ok about.. I invested a lot of time emailing different ones and then went with the one I felt ok with thanks to the email they sent me.

didn't work for me.
