Not weight loss related but do any of you have a tattoo

I really want one but I'm not good with needles. I want my boys names.
If any of you have one, where is the best place to get my first one done. I know it will hurt but where is the least painful place?

I have about 30 pieces, ranging from a couple of inches to the entire front of my thighs. Tattoos definitely hurt and I've had some that were very sore (front of shin, chest) but I've never had one that was less than "pretty fucking painful". One thing to remember though is that the pain only lasts for thirty seconds or so at a time because the artist needs to redip the needle in the ink.

I have 6 and the only one that really hurt was tramp stamp at the bottom of my back. The rest I would say were a dull ache (shoulder blade, base of neck, top half of spine and both ankles)

I have one that is both on hip bone and squishy area around the hip bone. All I can say is that tattooing skin directly over bone is more painful than the squishy area! I didn't find the majority of it painful at all.

I was thinking maybe lower arm. It's a bit squishy there
