Aside from sit ups as i find them mind numbingly dull!

I want my tummy muscles back which i haven;t seen since i was pg with DS1 !!

Lie in bed with your feet raised a couple of inches and hold it for as long as possible. Can be done before you go to sleep!

Lie on your back, legs straight up in the air, hands down by your sides, then use your tummy muscles to move them backwards and forwards, don't do more than 10/20 on 1st go.

a fitness instructor told me though that aerobic, calorie burning exercise is the only way to shift it. Hence why 5 yrs later I still look pregnant
