Low calorie family friendly meals?

I've been calorie counting for a few weeks now, lost 6lbs.

So far I've managed to fit around family meals and have some new firm favourites (Hairy Dieters chicken bake- yum!). But I also have a bit of salad fatigue!

I'm generally avoiding pasta, mainly as it is so many calories for what you get. Anyone got any good family friendly recipes they can share?

Salmon fillet with stir fried veg.
Hadfock frittata with spring veg (i give the others new potatoes too)
tuna steaks with homemade sweet potato wedges.
curry recipe made out of base of onions, cumin, chilli, garlic, coriander, curry powder, tomato puree & stock. Either add veg or chicken. Or prawns.
Home made burgers with lean mince - just have yours without the bun.

Oh and I try and keep breakfast and lunch to 600-700 calories combined so I can have a decent evening meal if I want but just keep an eye on snacks.
