Which should I do...5:2 or MFP?

Just that really. I am 11st6 and want to be 10st. I thought I would do 5:2 and am doing my first fast day today but absolutely hating it. Struggling to cope with hunger whilst looking after active toddler.
I didn't know anything about MFP until about 30 mins ago but I wonder if it might be a better option.

Thoughts?

I would pass out on 5:2. I get the logic, but I couldn't do it.

Mfp is just tracking what you eat but constantly (and slightly obsessively Blush)

For me, I find being sensible each day with scope for a few nice things works fine. Others prefer to have 5 days where they eat normally then just have to restrict for 2 days.

Its like saying ww or sw? Horses for courses.
