So have been doing WW for about 5 weeks now. Lost 10lb straight away and then weight has stuck for three weeks.
Allowed 26 points a day and because I was shocked horrified at the point content of the protein foods I was eating I decided instead to eat lots of free food and use my points for carbs (bread and biscuits mainly).
I thought being constantly hungry was me being a greedy cah but I read an article recently about protein and satiety and suddenly had a doh! moment. Why the hell had i cut out the foods that helped me eat less!! So I have for the last few days factored in a large chunk of my daily points for protein and I am no longer starving hungry and the weight is coming off again!!
