When do you weigh yourself?

I'm using mfp, lost half a stone so far, (want to lose another half) i've just started again after 2 weeks off for a holiday away. I'm curious to know if people like to weigh themselves everyday or every other day or once week or don't weigh at all and do body measurements? I try and stick to weighing once a week, on a Saturday morning before I have anything to eat or drink and without clothes on. I did do everyday and as it fluctuates throughout the week I started to lose motivation so I try and stick to once a week now, as I see progress that way, and that helps me stick at it! What method works for everyone else?

I weigh myself once a week - on a Monday morning, before breakfast, after a wee & completely naked! (every little helps!!) Wink

I've lost 26lbs since new year. Want to lose just 2 more lbs then maintain that weight.

I'm using MFP which has helped a lot, as well as cutting down on junk, alcohol and by having smaller portions.

I weigh in every morning that I'm at home. If I overate the day before then the scales go up. If I don't, then the scales go down. It might only be a little bit, but I find it very motivating and keeps me focused.

Once a week on a Wednesday as I started my diet Wednesday May 20th. Also it doesn't matter if I've eaten or drank anything as I had had something to eat or drink on the first day I weighed. However, I do wear the same clothes.

Maybe 4 or so mornings per week. First thing, after a pee, wearing very little. It's the only thing that keeps me focused. I fluctuate by 3 or so pounds.
