I am loving my Spiralizer - anyone else have one?

If so what are you creating with it?

I am following WW where fruit and veg is free (well most of it). I really love using the Spiralizer to make courgette noodles/ribbons. Also do the same with butternut squash and carrots. Then I add water chestnuts and bean sprouts, a good splash of fish sauce, salt and pepper, cherry tomatoes and it's job done.

Totally free meal and I can make what looks like a huge amount of food but is actually two courgettes and two carrots. Is amazing!!!

I love mine. I make the pasta sauce and then spiralize courgettes or beetroot. So quick to do. Even the kids prefer it to ordinary pasta.

I don't have one but I want to get one. Can anyone recommend a good one, please?

Love spiral courgettes. Have with turkey bolognaise which is yummy. Also stir fry and laska type thing. I just got a cheap spiral cutter from eBay, like a pencil sharpener, to try it and don't have room for a big one. The cheap one is great.
