I've been thinking about trying fat burner type pills to help me lose the stone I've gained this year. I'm a low carber usually but due to various circumstances have been eating carbs again recently and gained a lot of weight quickly.
I've read lots about thermogenic pills but like the look of these as they contain no caffeine and seem to have very good reviews.
Just wondered if anyone else has used them and how they did before I spend the £50 fora months supply.

It works in exactly the same way as Dumbo's magic feather

Thanks Aggressive, that's what I thought really I just hoped very much that it actually did work.

I've read about people dying after taking fat burners, they're either horribly unheathly (i.e. basically like taking speed) or they're full of air and magic wishes. Either way you should save your money and avoid like the plague!

Stay away! Awful things. Could you put the money towards something like fitness classes or a personal trainer instead?

These don't have anything nasty in them like the old style fat burners. The website shows lots of apparently validated testimonials with pictures of the posters and the overall experience seems very positive.

I think I'm just searching for that no effort ideal.

The thing is that those testers probably took it in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet, so yeah, it worked.

There was one on here the other day which was apparently miraculous because when combined with a 500 cal per day diet, you lost weight. No shit Grin
