I really want to get into MFP, but whenever Ive tried before Ive given up as its really faffy. DH cooks so I have no idea how big the portions of ingredients. Plus we eat out a bit (though that's probably easier) so its remembering what Ive had there.
Also exercise. Running is easy, but how many calories does a kettlebells class burn? How many calories do I burn during metafit or Insanity? I have no idea.
Am I being too obsessive with it trying to get the figures exactly right?
Im thinking of not logging exercise and just food (after all its the food you eat that has the main bearing on your weight and size)
So for lunch I might have salad, then Ive got to add the lettuce, cucumber, peppers, chicken, salad dressing just to find how many calories Ive consumed. Is there an easier way?
