Any advice? What has worked best for you?
At the moment I eat rye bread with butter for breakfast, jacket potato with cheese for lunch and dinner is usually something like mince, sausages with high meat content, stir fry, lasagne, pasta. I drink a lot of black decaf coffee and generally only have a glad of red wine at the weekend.
My downfall is chocolate and crisps, when I'm bored or sad
I eat way too much. I know I just need to cut them out and eat sensibly, but I find it really hard.
I go to a dance class once a week and go for half an hour walk every day. Other exercise is a bit of a problem, as I have a weak ankle and very painful knees.
I particularly need to lose weight from my tummy, I have a lot of spare tyres 
Any suggestions?
