Anyone want to share what they are having?
Mine are only dinners as lunch is always yesterday
Monday: Mushroom and potato curry (vegan)
Tuesday: pepper and tomato gnocchi bake
Wednesday: refried bean quesedilla
Thursday: Spinach and ricotta lasagne.
Friday: Going aaaat.
I'm already excited about next weeks meals. Always easier to eat well when you've got a good plan imo :)
