So I've done (all very half heartedly) the following: ww,sw, 5:2, Cambridge and dukan. I saw the best results on 5:2 and Cambridge but I just don't seem to have anymore willpower to stick to anything anymore
:(.
I need something mega easy and not expensive to stick to. I'd like to lose at least a stone to start with, that's if I can ever get started, there's always some excuse and unfortunately I do enjoy my wine Wine

I think India knights book "pig to twig" is brilliantly effective. Best and easiest diet I've ever tried. Similar to dukan but way more user friendly and IMO healthier- with lots of veg and salad. However no alcohol for first two weeks. WW will at least allow drinks to be factored in if required...!!

So you have tried all the diets and can't stick to them. Don't try another then Smile . I quit dieting over ten years ago and ate mindfully instead. Body led calorie control if you like. Stocked my kitchen with foods I love, chocolate etc and found that once I gave myself permission to eat what I want only when truly hungry, stop when satisfied, I never gained weight again. I realised diets don't work. If they did you wouldn't be here looking for the next best diet that will be the one that works.

Combine what worked and do Cambridge 5:2? I did Cambridge to lose my baby weight. Now if I need to lose some weight I buy some Exante bars (cheaper than Cambridge and you can buy on line) and have 3 of those a day Mon- Fri night then eat sensible at the weekend.
