So I've done (all very half heartedly) the following: ww,sw, 5:2, Cambridge and dukan. I saw the best results on 5:2 and Cambridge but I just don't seem to have anymore willpower to stick to anything anymore

I need something mega easy and not expensive to stick to. I'd like to lose at least a stone to start with, that's if I can ever get started, there's always some excuse and unfortunately I do enjoy my wine
