I'm doing ok with the eat-less-move-more and have lost about 3stn. I got away with the odd binge but now I've only got a stone to lose I can't get away with breaking the rules so much - so as a result I'm feeling very deprived and sorry for myself and I realised I don't know how to treat myself without using food!

I need ideas for rewards and treats that don't involve eating things!

Trip to a cool cinema
Lovely clothes or underwear (or bag/shoes/jewellery if you don't wait to buy clothes until you reach goal)

Go to a decent indie lingerie shop for a proper bra fitting (bet you are still hanging onto ones from the beginning of your weight loss journey!)
