Hello,
I am going on holiday in 6 weeks and I need to lose at least a stone (2 stone overweight). I'm doing the 30 day shred and cutting out fast food etc.
Any tips?! I've never dieted before and I've got a 10 month old who is still breastfed so I need a diet that's easy to follow as I just don't have time/money to cook from scratch every night.
Any inspirational success stories out there to keep me motivated and tips to help me lose this?
