Has anyone done VLCD whilst pregnant and breastfeeding?

When I started Cambridge diet the counselor said you can't when pregnant but I would like to maybe substitute one meal a day and eat healthily rest of the day? I want to loose another 14 kgs but want the new baby to be ok. Any thoughts?

I think it would do no harm providing it was just one meal but I don't think they would let you...

I embarked on a major diet/exercise plan when DC was 14 weeks old and ebf. I used mfp eating upto 1200 cals per day, I was also exercising 5x per week. I lost circa 25kg fairly quickly. DC was fine, no affect on supply. It was pretty extreme and took a lot of dedication but totally worth it. So not a VLCD in the true sense but along those lines ifyswim. No help with regards to dieting during pregnancy however
