One month final kick

Not quite as I will keep going in my new healthy life but my birthday is in one month and I would like to give a really good month in weight loss to make an active difference in the next month. Dropping one more size would be a really great boost...

At the start of last year I was 17 stone 3 pounds. Over last year I SLOWLY went down to 15 stone 9 pounds. Since January I have gone down to 13 stone 8 pounds and feel amazing (but I got there about three weeks ago and I want to kick start my weight loss again). I am 5' 11'' and a size 14 at the moment. I have done the last 3 and a half months by juicing during the day and having a small supper at about 5. I do occasionally have a muffin at work too and that is now becoming practically daily...which I know has to change.

What can I do for the next month that will really give my weightloss a kick again?

Meant to say I have only really started exercising everyday in April (was quite good in January too so could do better with that).

Your stats are nearly the same as mine! I was 17 stone 2 last year and am 5ft 11.
Nearly finished my weight loss journey, and my goal is also my birthday at the end of this month Grin
Do you have mfp? That is the one and only tool I have used to lose nearly 6 stone.

I would also bin the juicing, it's not sustainable.
Just have 3 healthy meals a day, log it all and allow some wiggle room for snacks if you have to at work.

Wow, that is amazing! I'm worried about getting rid of the juicing...it's got me so far...

What limit do you have on MFP? What exercise do you do? I would love to be 11 stone!!

I have juice at lunchtime for health reasons and to lose weight.

Today I've just felt shattered. Absolutely mind numbing shattered.

I'm wondering if I'm not just not eating enough.

I was on 1600 for the first few months and now I'm on 1200. Gonna increase it slowly when I get to my goal weight.
Maybe try to phase the juicing out?
Do you find you're hungry a lot of the time? I just couldn't live on 2 liquid meals a day, it takes all the joy out of eating!
I did c25k and quite a bit of swimming. And the 30 day shred on and off as well.

I don't feel hungry any more but I eat properly at the weekend. Maybe I could go to one juice a day? C25k might be a plan too...

I want to get below 13 stone. Running is hard here as I live in the Middle East and it's getting hot here!
