Does anyone think it's possible to drop 2 dress sizes in 4 months?

A relative is getting married and I'm returning to my hometown for the first time in 4 yrs and want to look and feel fabulous. Do you think this is possible and what's the best way to go about it

Yeah it's possible. Not very healthy at all, but possible. Calorie count and exercise.
