Hi I get married next month, had a lot of issues going on this past month and my mind hasn't been in my weight. I need a quick fix now, I've a stone to loose before end if next month. I have low carved before with great success, makes me feel less bloated and I seem to loose ok (1-2pds weekly) but as a egg free coeliac I do find it incredibly restricting. My friend recommended WW which kinda goes against everything I've learnt from low carb, but it's working for her with 8pd off in 3 weeks.
So I know crash diets aren't healthy or a good lifestyle choice but I'm desperate, I'm starting Monday, any advice? Xx
