What's shall I do? 5 weeks and 1 stone to loose. Low carb or WW? X

Hi I get married next month, had a lot of issues going on this past month and my mind hasn't been in my weight. I need a quick fix now, I've a stone to loose before end if next month. I have low carved before with great success, makes me feel less bloated and I seem to loose ok (1-2pds weekly) but as a egg free coeliac I do find it incredibly restricting. My friend recommended WW which kinda goes against everything I've learnt from low carb, but it's working for her with 8pd off in 3 weeks.

So I know crash diets aren't healthy or a good lifestyle choice but I'm desperate, I'm starting Monday, any advice? Xx

Aim to eat healthily and lose about a pound a week.
Exercise will help.
Crash diets don't work and you will feel shit.

Mmmm thanks but as I explained I don't want a pd a week not do I want a lifestyle change. I neeeeeeed more than that, 3 pd a week x

I'd go low-carb or The Harcombe Diet 5 day detox. I did the detox for 10 days straight and it was great. Once you are through the feeling shit days 3/4 you can take on the world.

Try a weight loss hypnosis app. Downloadable for Apple and android. Easyloss virtual gastric band hypnosis. It's really really good. Sounds drastic but it's not. You eat only when hungry and stop when you're no longer hungry. The hypnosis has totally changed the way I feel about food. You eat what you want, nothing is forbidden - but you will find you don't want all the naughty stuff. It's a fiver on Apple- worth a shot for that?

Every time you are hungry drink a glass of water. Plus low / V low carb and plenty of fat. Completely achievable.

Decided to opt for the devil I know, low carbing as from tomorrow, eeekkkk actually a little excited. Done a big shop in preparation. Tomorrow's plan.

Breakfast : BPC
Lunch : tuna mayo
Tea : salmon with mashed celeriac and broccolli and at least 4 litres of water xx

Good luck then Botox. I would have said to count calories as then you can eat whatever you want plus the hypno gastric band app.

What is BPC please? I always struggle with breakfast when low carbing.

Thanks, I've made a note of the gastric band app and will look at that when I'm back, just can't afford to try anything I haven't before I case it doesn't suit. BPC is bullet proof coffee, a coffee made with butter and coconut oil

The gastric band hypnosis just causes your subconscious to believe it has a gastric band in place and makes you feel very full and satisfied very quickly;
