After much deliberation I think MFP is the best way for me to go.
I'm 9 and a half stone and id like to try and get down to 9 by the summer which is maybe a bit ambitious I'm not sure.
I am breastfeeding (7mo) and lead what I think on MFP would be a lightly active lifestyle. On Mat leave so don't sit down much, have a preschooler as well, do a lot of housework, out in the park a lot and trying to get to the gym twice a week.
But MFP Is saying 1900 cals. That's too much to lose any weight surely?
Any advice hugely appreciated.
