Can I swap for WW bars? Calories and nutrients look similar. Anyone done this??

I just looked up what is in them ...
www.exantediet.com/diet-products/exante-diet-lemon-bar/10947883.html
9% fat
2% salt
17% sugar
20% protein
874 calories a bar ...

and lots of ingredients like glucose syrup and palm oil that are best avoided

a BIG bowl of nuts and dried fruit and seeds and a BIG plate of raw veg would fill you up just fine till the shops re-open Smile

I use Tesco Ultraslim bars, they're lovely and are 'proper' meal replacement bars so comparable to Exante ones.

Thanks Grin

I just had a white chocolate and raspberry one actually, it was lovely! They are on two boxes for £5.50 at the moment, you can find them in the pharmacy aisle beside the slim fast and supplements Smile

Oooh, sounds good! Thanks - will defo try those. Much more convenient than ordering from Exante. I guess any meal replacement bar would do the job?!

Cheated a bit tonight and had two boiled eggs instead of a meal replacement bar. Blush
