Totally totally lost my mojo

I started using MFP and a Fitbit on New Years day, as well as doing dry January. So far I've lost a stone (7.5kg).

I think I'm a comfort eater, I don't really eat chocolate but when I'm feeling sad I can easily polish off a tub of Ben & Jerrys or a huge bag of malteasers. I would have that after my evening meal, I don't snack in between meals. But seriously, I'm falling back into my old habits of a glass of wine and some nachos on the way home from work (work in London) and that's a whole days calories.

Work is shitty shitty shite shite at the moment and it's not helping. What can I do to get myself back on track? I'd like to lose another stone really. Help!

Holy Fuck. I just weighed myself. 4kg in ten days can't be possible can it. Must be water. Must be, FFS.

Anyone successfully sued their LM for making them comfort eat?

Yes must be mostly water.

I am trying to cut carbs, but when I eat them, I seem to gain lbs in day ...

Have you got anything to aim for? An outfit/holiday/wedding??
Could you low carb? I was reading in the evening standard tonight, about clean eating and stopping emotional eating. easier said than done..
A stone is not so much to lose, I am sure you can do it !

How about trying 5:2 or 4:3 so you can have more calories on some days?

Or get a wonderful dress that's a bit too tight :)

Another mojo lost here! When you find yours, see if mine is with it please! Like you, I've been eating after a rubbish time in work so will be watching for any tips. Just looked at myself honestly in the mirror and I look like one of the before pictures from a fitness video.
Good luck! I'm starting today by logging honestly on MFP and drinking water. Little changes one at a time.
