I started using MFP and a Fitbit on New Years day, as well as doing dry January. So far I've lost a stone (7.5kg).
I think I'm a comfort eater, I don't really eat chocolate but when I'm feeling sad I can easily polish off a tub of Ben & Jerrys or a huge bag of malteasers. I would have that after my evening meal, I don't snack in between meals. But seriously, I'm falling back into my old habits of a glass of wine and some nachos on the way home from work (work in London) and that's a whole days calories.
Work is shitty shitty shite shite at the moment and it's not helping. What can I do to get myself back on track? I'd like to lose another stone really. Help!
