I need to lose a few pounds. all on my belly. In a month. Great.
I'm only able to go out 3 nights a week with studying and working. So, if I wanted to bust some bodyfat, would going out for 3 runs a week help at all?

and also, what foods keep you full for longer, that I can eat at work (where we only have a kettle)?

I want to eat healthy, i really do. but i don't know how to cook either.
I need help with it because I've no idea what I'm doing.

Exercise is great and will definitely help but weight loss (or fat loss) is 80% diet and only 20% exercise.

If you don't have a microwave then you'll need to get creative with your lunches! Invest in a proper flask and take soup, it should stay warm until lunch time. I love making a huge salad with ham, boiled eggs, loads of veggies and an olive oil dressing. It takes me ages to eat and the protein keeps me really full. Sometimes I even make up a potato salad the night before to eat cold with it Smile

You can do quite a bit with low carb and some exercise in a month. And you will feel fuller longer, plus easy to prepare.

Three runs a week would help a lot. Especially if you got some hill reps and sprint intervals in there - and don't eat back the calories you burn!

Proteins are great for running and feeling full. So chicken legs, fish, nuts, pulses, dairy

Calories - generally for every mile you run, you burn about 100 calories. So 6 miles would be 600 calories.

1 hour of run-walk intervals could be four and a half miles (450 calories). Three times a week that's 1350 calories. To loose a stone it's 3500

A pound, not a stone
