If so, what are your breakfast ideas?

my favourite at the moment is a frittata style brekkie with veg and potatoes in it. It keeps me full until lunch and is really tasty. I'm looking for other big breakfast ideas as I used to just have a coffee so this is all new to me!

other info:

I'm using mfp and eat 1200 calories per day. So far I have gone from 12 stone 9 to 12 stone 2, using diet alone. Before starting to eat my meals in this size order I was feeling lkghtheaded and a bit poorly, but this is really working for me.

In case anyone wants it, my breakfast recipe:

1 Teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
half a small onion
1/3 tin new potatoes
huge handful spinach (excess water squeezed out)
half courgette grated (excess water squeezed out)
2 medium eggs
Salt and pepper

Cook potatoes and onion first, then add courgette, garlic and spinach. Cook until spinach has wilted, add eggs and season.

Total calories: 260

New ideas would be great, what have you found keeps you full and fuels you for the day?

That sounds delicious, I need spinach and courgette and then I'm going to try it Smile

My favourite breakfast at the moment is a wholemeal pitta with fried mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, ham and a soft boiled egg. So delicious!
