I'm 21 and a size 26 (yay for me) 
Anyway- I NEED to lose weight and I'm currently on a low carb diet and losing weight fast. However I also want to get fit! But I just don't know where to start, swimming? Lots of walking? I'm very unfit, pushing the buggy up a hill kills me 
I used to be such an active, fit and healthy person but went undiagnosed with an under active thyroid that made me feel very ill and I made myself very fat! Desperate to get my old self back! Please help
