Thanks to YG's meal-planner I have decided to start SW. However am in Budapest and can't get certain things. Def can't get quorn for instance.
So - today I have had porridge for b'fast and jacket potato and beans for lunch. Want to make spag bol for dinner but with real mince. Do i count the mince as a healthy extra or a syn???
Or am I better making a veggy type sauce for me and just doing the bol for DH and DS??
