I came across this a while back but have been putting it off as my willpower has been non existent recently

It claims you can lose a stone in a week and I know it's not the healthiest diet but after months of messing around on weight watchers and only losing a few pounds, I really need to shift a big chunk of weight in the next two weeks for an event.
I'm thinking about starting on Monday but there's mixed reviews on Google.
Has anyone ever tried it and was it worth the torture or was it water/muscle loss?
I know it's not sustainable way to lose weight but surely a week won't hurt?
