I have about 4 stone to lose. I have tried WW in the past - lost a lot of weight then after one week of eating semi-normally on holiday and reverting to WW when I got back I totally plateaud. The weight eventually crept back on again.
I work full time and do a lot of ferrying DC around so ideally it needs to be a simple diet. Only exercise I can do for health reasons at the moment is walking. Ideally I'd like something healthy I can stick to for the long-haul; WW wasn't ideal for me as the counting always makes me feel as if I'm treating/depriving myself which isn't helpful psychologically!
Any suggestions for a veggie-friendly diet plan?
