Did Exante for 1 and half weeks and lost a stone. Done 4 weeks back on food and only gained 2 pounds back. Just havnt managed to get back on it despite encouraging results! Really hope I can find the strength to shift another stone. Only 2 to go..... Just find it so hard ad im SAHM and too near the kitchen too often. Just so hard not to slip up by nibbling my Ds meals. Anyone have any stay strong tips?
