I have a 6mo ds and I'm at university full time (4 days of lectures then have him at home the other day). I'm 5"4, 11 stone and hating it. I used to be very active and now I've lost all muscle and am soft fat everywhere. How do you get back in shape after a baby? I'm up 3/4 times a night bf and so even if I have a spare hour I'm just so tired.

Anyone want to partner up with me and share ideas? I've got a copy of kayla itsines guide if someone wants to do it with me! I have a serious lack of motivation Confused

Hi :) I've just started and have a lot to lose, my DS is 6 months too! I'm trying to make sensible food choices and do tiny amounts of exercise at first and build up from there... I'm using Davina's 15 Minute Fit DVD. There's a 7 minute one as well, great for squeezing in exercise where you can :) that combined with calorie tracking on My Fitness Pal and I'm hoping to see some changes soon! Its hard what they're so little, feels like I'm dragging myself through soup trying to wake up from a coma Hmm
