I have a 6mo ds and I'm at university full time (4 days of lectures then have him at home the other day). I'm 5"4, 11 stone and hating it. I used to be very active and now I've lost all muscle and am soft fat everywhere. How do you get back in shape after a baby? I'm up 3/4 times a night bf and so even if I have a spare hour I'm just so tired.
Anyone want to partner up with me and share ideas? I've got a copy of kayla itsines guide if someone wants to do it with me! I have a serious lack of motivation
