Can anyone recommend a good on-line slimming club?

It needs to be something suitable for me while I am breastfeeding. I'm not brilliant with strict rules so it also has to be quite flexible.

Many thanks

Thanks SB - I had a look on-line last night and am still thinking about joining!

WW online doesn't, in theory, take you if you are breastfeeding (I know because I am and I had to claim I wasn't when signing up) -- there's nothing to stop you claiming you aren't bf and then either giving yourself some extra points or following the No Count programme, though.

Joining a group here has probably been the most helpful thing I've done, though. It helps me to have other people with the same sort of food issues and to whom I feel accountable, in a way.

The online site directs you towards the in person meetings if you are breastfeeding. It's beeb like that for at least a couple of years now.

slimming world covers people who are breatfeeding and they have a pretty good website too. And it a very good eating plan very flexible. Its worling for me so far I joined 2 weeks ago Im following it to the tee and I've lost 10 pounds of the stone n half I need to lose and I am such a fussy eater I dont eat fruit salad or veg but still seem to be able to find things I can on it so its worth a try!!
