does weight fluctuate on cambridge ?

Lost 5lb on my first weigh in. 2 days later I've gained 1lb. Feel like giving up. Is it really worth me starving if I'm gaining? Stuck to the plan 100% 3 products and drinking plain water plus 2 coffees a day. Any advice?

I was on Cambridge for 3 months and lost 3 stone exactly...leave weigh ins for the weekly one with your consultant as the daily ups and downs can be demotivating. And Yes it is SO worth it!! x

Wow! Well done. I don't have a lot to lose, 1 stone 6 minimum but ideally 2 stone 10lb x

Of course your weight fluctuates.
A full bladder weighs over 1lb
A full bowel weighs another pound

You'll definitely lose that in 2-3 months on Cambridge sole source x

Just weigh when you see your counsellor, not between. Everyone's weight fluctuates naturally, and if you find it demotivating, avoid.
