I lost a stone towards the end of last year, over very many weeks - 1lb a week. I have mostly managed to keep it off by continuing to eat very healthily at lunch and cutting out cakes and crisps. However I am going on holiday in the middle of April and would really like to lose about 10 more lbs but feel like I got to a point where I was just maintaining for ages.
Is exercise the key now? I am only 10 stone 4 and 5 ft 6 so in a healthy range but suspect the slimmer you are the slower the weight loss?
If anyone has any links to good diets or exercise videos/plans could you post them here for me?
