I've been doing 5:2 diet since Jan 1st and lost 1 stone 4 lb. Today is a fast day but I have already eaten half a grapefruit half a slim a soup cup a soup 4 crab sticks 10 chewits and 9 cheese thin crackers! I'm on the verge of thinking sod it todays a write off and getting a McDonalds tea please stop me!
