I'm around the 15st mark/size 18/20 at the moment, I have a holiday and a wedding in August, I have my little boy (18mth) and I want to try for baby number 2 this summer.
However I really need to lose 2-3 stone before this happens, so I have the motivational ideas but I just can't seem to get started. I know I am a glutton who eats the wrong things at the wrong times, but I can't seem to stop.
We go as a family swimming 3 times a month and regular walks but it is definitely not enough.
There isn't a lot of spare money around for gym memberships or classes and I don't have a lot of spare time or the babysitters to go running etc (although I would love too be able to)
Anyone in the same boat or can give me the kick up the backside I need?

Hi

I want to lost two stone by mid August for our holiday. I only started on Monday!

Can't afford to join sw or WW so am trying it alone. My dc are both at school so my exercise is going to be dog walking daily. Somewhere in the house we have a pedometer so going to aim for the 10,000 steps a day but until I find it I have no idea what I am currently doing.

I am quite hungry at the mo, I wish I had a menu to follow as I don't really know what I am doing. My biggest hurdle will be cutting out coke and chocolate. I have swopped to sparkling water this week as I am not keen on tap water. I am also trying not to eat after the kids have gone to bed which is when I would usually snack.
