So have been using MFP and was astounded at the amount of sugar I was having. So decided to kick the habit, my god it's been hard but today finally I've been able to have porridge without sugar, milk or anything added and it actually tastes nice!
It's also showing on the scales I've lost 16lbs in 5 weeks
