Ending pregnancy a lower weight than pre-pregnancy. How much did you lose?

I've spent the last almost 2 years slowly losing weight. I'm pregnant now, with my 3rd baby and my booking BMI was 29. My BMI is now 27 at 24 weeks.

I'm curious to know, if you continued to lose weight in your pregnancy, what weight you were when you booked, and what weight you were after?

I was 11st 7 at booking, and am now 10st10. I've been this weight for the last 3 weeks, consistently.

My last pregnancy I had no weight gain, but was 14st 7 at booking, and the same weight when I weighed myself at 10 day postnatally. But I'm aware that is likely because I was quite a bit overweight (BMI 37). This time I'm only slightly overweight. I was expecting around a 2 stone gain.

Plenty of time yet I guess!!

Can you tell me your BMI at booking? Just wondering where I might end up. I was hoping to get below 10st when I've had the baby.

I'm a dress size smaller now. And can see weight has gone from my legs and arms, but it is difficult see what I might end up like!

I wasn't overweight when I got pregnant but still lost weight technically. My pre pregnancy weight was 10st7 and post was 9st12. I weighed myself at 41 weeks and I was 12st4. My dd was almost 8 lb, my placenta (according to the midwife) was a good 7lb. The rest of the 'weight' just disappeared within a few weeks of giving birth. I can't tell you how because I didn't try to lose weight. The only thing I can put it down to is that I had really bad acid reflux so I ate 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. I ate healthily most if the time because I wanted to give the baby the best. I never counted calories or worried about my weight. I just ate well. Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy x
