And I need to lose a stone! I am going to set a target of 1st June (realistic?!) who wants to join? Support and encouragement!
I am thinking eating as "clean" as possible but just generally cutting out crap (hello 3 McDonald's last week Blush )
We have been saving money and I think this will fit in well - no puddings just fruit etc.. Win win!
I have a couple of fitness apps and I'm going to start couch to 5k as well.

Hi, I'm doing the same. I've got a stone to lose (but I don't own a weighing scale so I am not entirely sure!). I am trying to eat in a healthy way for a grown up who doesn't get much exercise instead of my previous diet which was the same as the kids (1yr old and skinny 4 yr old). They need fat and can eat lots of white carbs - I need to realise that is not a good diet for me!

I don't have time to do c25k this time but I did it a few years ago and it was great. I got as far as running 10km 3 times a week and I looked and felt great. Good luck with it!

1 stone before June is definitely realistic (especially if you have a stone to lose).

May I suggest that you record the calorie intake of your "clean eating" just out of curiosity?

A couple of thoughts about cardio - great for physical and mental well being, not so efficient for fat loss.
