Only 2 people in rl know I'm dieting - a friend who is also trying to lose weight and my dh. In about 6 weeks df has only lost 2 lbs. Dh is very lovely but there's only do many times he wants me to go on about my weight.
Anyway, today I finally hit 10 stone - it's been more than a year since the scales were that low so I'm so happy. I'm healthy bmi now but top end so would lover to get to 9 st 4. Knowing my brain though I'll think 10 is fine and stuff my face. Any tips when you're close to target?

Ask yourself if you really want to be any smaller? Unless you are 4 ft tall 10 St isn't heavy. If you do, the only thing you need to do is keep doing what you are doing. If you do, by Easter Sunday you could be at goal. How will that feel?

Losing but more importantly keeping off the last 6 lbs is hard. I would slow down the weight loss to about a kilo a month so about 2.2 lbs but maintain that. You will need to do some form of intermittent fasting to get to that i would think or really up exercise levels - whichever works better for you.
