about 6 weeks ago i went to see a dietician after going to see my GP and asking for help with losing weight.

She examined my diet and told me that i was eating fairly healthily and my cholesterol level was fine, i think it was level 4, she said i needed to start eating breakfast and stop eating late at night which i have done but 6 weeks later and i havent lost any weight actually i feel fatter than before and i have to go and see her on Weds and im dreading it, actually thinking of not going to appointment as im now convinced that nothing will shift my flab.

go to your appointment, she will give you more advice and encouragement. not going will make you feel worse. sorry you feel so bad, you are not a failure.
