Just wondering how much exercise everyone does each week. And have you found it makes much difference to your weight loss?

I used to g oto the gym four times a week for aerobic classes but didn't find it did anything to my weightloss. But in all honesty I think it used to make me feel hungry so I'd come back from the gym and have a snack!

I've just started running (jogging) three times a week - only for about 20mins each time. Obviously I'm hoping as I get fitter I'll be able to run for longer - and I'm plannign to avoid snacking afetrwards as well

i jog also 12 miles a week it has made a difference too especially fitness, it used to take me ages to run a mile i am now down to ten minutes so i am getting better, just try drinking a lot instead of snacking or snack on a few grapes, i have also got an elliptical machine when the weather is bad and dark nights come, that helps as it tells tou how many calories you have burnt it really puts you off grabing a quick biscuit, because all that effort is probably two biscuits worth, this thought helps me

I feel guilty every time I see the word. I try and swim a few times a week but in practice, I normally only manage once a week and at the moment, I haven't been for weeks . Exercise and weight loss don't go hand in hand for me - I do it because if I don't, I find I feel much more tired and generally shite.

I am SO sore; Went to the gym for first time in 3 months yesterday (had DS Sept. 3rd), then running 5 miles today. Overdid the "weekend warrior" bit. Reminds me of being 9 months pg again, as I am having trouble walking. Oh, well ... have to start somewhere.
