I'm feeling really low as live a very busy lifestyle and don't get chance to exercise much. Tried several diets but never really stick with them as I find I'm an emotional eater. I've now got to the point where my clothes are really right on me and I hate the way I look and how I feel. Does anybody else out there feel they eat when they are down or upset and how can you stop it. Sorry but don't feel able to talk about in person but could do with some support or similar success stories. Tia ??

Hi Sandra85. It sounds like you need a new way of eating. How are you with fasting? Hop on over to the 5:2 boards for success and support. Or, quit sugar and that'll drop weight. Whatever you do, make a life change - don't adopt another diet. Diets are not a long term solution.
